Odin can be installed as an app on desktop and mobile. Once installed, it opens in its own window without browser tabs or an address bar, and appears alongside your other applications. Installing does not change how Odin works. You still sign in with the same account, and everything you do syncs with the web version.

Installing

  1. Open odin.borghq.io and sign in.
  2. Click the install icon at the right-hand end of the address bar, or open the browser menu and choose Install Odin.
  3. Confirm the prompt. Odin opens in its own window and is added to your applications.

Working offline

Odin needs a connection to load findings, assets and other security data. If you open the app while offline, you see an offline page with a Try again button. Reconnect and tap it to continue where you left off. Your data is not stored on the device for offline use. Only the app’s own static files, such as scripts, fonts and icons, are kept locally so pages you have already visited load quickly.

Updates

Updates are automatic. When a new version of Odin is released, the app picks it up on your next visit and reloads once so you are always on the latest build.

Uninstalling

Remove Odin the same way as any other app: from the app’s window menu on desktop, or by holding the icon on mobile and choosing Remove. Your account and data are unaffected.
