Before your organisation can use Odin, an Owner must review and accept the platform’s legal agreements. This is a one-time step that applies to the entire organisation.

What you’re agreeing to

The acceptance covers three documents:
  • Master Services Agreement (MSA) — the core terms governing use of the Odin platform
  • Data Processing Agreement (DPA) — how Borg Security handles and protects personal data
  • AI Services Addendum — additional terms for AI-powered features, including Mjolnir
Links to each document are provided in the acceptance dialog. We recommend reviewing them before accepting.

Who can accept

Only an Owner of the organisation can accept the terms of service. This is because the acceptance is legally binding on behalf of the organisation.

Acceptance flow

1

Sign in to Odin

Log in with your email or passkey as usual.
2

Review the agreements

If terms haven’t been accepted yet, a dialog appears automatically. Read through the linked MSA, DPA, and AI Services Addendum.
3

Confirm and accept

Check the confirmation box to acknowledge that you have authority to bind your organisation, then click Accept and Continue.

What other members see

If the terms haven’t been accepted yet, non-Owner members see a notice explaining that the organisation’s Owner needs to complete this step. They can view the agreement documents but cannot accept on behalf of the organisation.
If you’re a member and see this notice, ask your organisation’s Owner to sign in and accept the agreements so your team can get started.
