A cloud review is a written assessment of your cloud estate. An AI analyst reads the posture data Heimdall has already collected (your accounts, assets, cloud findings and the relationships between them) and writes up what is wrong across your accounts and what to fix first. Reviews live under Cloud → Reviews. They read the data that scanning has produced, so connect at least one account and let a CSPM scan run before requesting one.
Cloud is enabled per organisation. If you don’t see a Cloud group in the sidebar, contact your account manager to have it turned on.

Requesting a review

Open Cloud → Reviews

The page lists every review your organisation has requested, newest first.

Click Request review

The button is disabled, with the reason in its tooltip, when you have no cloud accounts connected, when a review is already in progress, or when your role is read-only.

Choose the accounts to cover

Every account is selected by default. Untick the ones you want left out, or use All accounts to clear and restore the whole list. Leaving everything ticked sends no explicit list at all, which the analyst reads as every account in the organisation.

Click Start review

Odin queues the review and opens its detail page, where you can watch it run.
You can have one review in progress at a time. Requesting a second while one is queued or running is rejected, which is also why the Request review button is disabled until the current one finishes.

While a review runs

A queued or running review shows a three-step progress panel (Queued, Analysing, Report ready) with a live timer, both on the Reviews page and on the review’s own page. Odin polls every few seconds, so you do not need to reload the page. Most reviews finish in a few minutes. If nothing picks up a queued review within 30 minutes, Odin marks it failed and releases the slot so you can request another.

Reading the report

A completed review opens with four figures:
  • Completed: when the analysis finished
  • 30-day posture: the change in your posture score over the last 30 days, or No trend data when there aren’t enough daily snapshots yet
  • Findings considered: how many cloud findings went into the analysis
  • Attack paths: how many attack paths the analyst examined in your cloud graph
Below them the report is split into five sections. A sidebar tracks where you are as you scroll. The model that wrote the report is named next to the request date.

Review cards

Each card on the Reviews page carries the request date, the current status, a badge per provider with how many of its accounts were in scope, and the same posture, findings and attack-path figures as the report. A failed review shows the reason it failed instead.

When a review fails

A failed review states why on both its card and its detail page. Odin does not retry it, so request a new review once you have dealt with the cause. Usually that is a review nothing picked up in time, or an account whose connection had broken by the time the review ran. Check the account’s status on Accounts.

Roles and billing

Owners, admins and members can request a review. Read-only members can open and read every review but cannot start one, because each review spends credits. Reviews are billed under the Cloud Review product and appear on the Ledger tab of the Billing page. A review that fails is not charged.
