Odin uses passwordless authentication. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or instantly with a passkey if you’ve set one up.

Sign in with email

1

Enter your email

Go to odin.borghq.io and enter the email address associated with your account.
2

Check your inbox

You’ll receive an email from Odin containing a six-digit verification code. The code expires after a few minutes.
3

Enter the code

Type the six-digit code into the verification screen. You’ll be signed in immediately.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder. The sender is [email protected].

Sign in with a passkey

If you’ve registered a passkey (fingerprint, Face ID, or a hardware security key), you can skip the email step entirely:
  1. On the login screen, click Sign in with passkey
  2. Follow your browser or device prompt to authenticate
  3. You’re in — no email or code needed
Passkeys are the fastest and most secure way to sign in. See Profile & Security to set one up.

First time signing in

Odin is invitation-based. To access the platform, you need to be invited by an existing member of an organisation, or your organisation must have domain join enabled (which allows anyone with a matching email domain to join automatically). If you don’t have access yet, the login page will show a Request Demo option where you can submit your details and our team will get in touch.

Switching organisations

If you belong to multiple organisations, you can switch between them using the organisation selector in the sidebar. Your session persists across switches — no need to sign in again.
